The CBI has done a great job keeping themselves out of the fray
Maliki has been throwing bombs at them trying to tell them they need more laws passed
CBI has always done well when they go up against the political end
They have all of their ducks in a row - they have passed all of the laws they need - These just need regulations - Regulations are the key - you don't need major laws and you need to know the difference between laws and regulations - laws are the things that are major that you need constitutional things for
Regulations are the sign posts along the way that point people how to do things so the reguatlions can be regulations of what happens to the contracts when all of this goes down - It doesn't necessarily have to be a law - they can do it with regulations
SO THEY ARE COMFORTABLE WITH WHATEVER THEY HAVE FROM PARLIAMENT TO MOVE FORWARD
AND THEY ARE MOVING FORWARD...
AS WE HAVE SAID...CBI IS READY
The boys have not been playing nicely at all in the government
Maliki has been the big brother who is beating up on everybody
Barzani has been over in the United States, through Turkey and on his tour
He didn't just pick up and leave - this has been planned and he is using this opportunity to go out and gain support for what they want to do
Our feeling is based on the articles - political source - they are looking for Maliki to get in line give up the power and/or get a vote of no confidence or get someo/ne in there that is going to look out for the rights of the people
We discussed an article that talked about Barzani and the struggles he has gone thru and what his worries are - War in Syria, spillover, you've got refugees coming in - You want to be able to have the power
You want to be able to get your economy up and running and able to handle these situations but you dont want to have unrest where people are getting upset because the political process is not going and then it spills over into where you are at
Barzani is at a bigger risk for all of this because he is closer to all of the things going on -If you read that article it will give you a good idea where their thought process is -they are squeezed and fighting back now - they have been backed into a corner and it is time for them to move forward -you've got all of the policital parties trying to make everybody play nice because Dad is going to come home and you know what happens when he comes home.....people are going get in trouble.
I am sure the political pressure you are going to see over the next few days its going to be pretty heavy and hard - We have a holiday coming up over here so it will be kinda quiet in the states but diplomatically they will all be working and moving towards pushing people

Look forward to lots of articles coming out...with more fighting...more tactical playing -But when Barzani gets back my guess is you are going to see some pretty heavy handed politics that is going to move this situation forward
What does all that mean to us...Its good if this political situation can get moved out of the way - Again it is dysfunctional ..we don't want to get to the point where it is NOT dysfunctional - we want to get to the point where they are fighting and they are still moving forward but they are not fighting about whose signing contracts and all of that...
REMEMBER FOLLOW THE MONEY.....FOLLOW THE OIL
THATS THE KEY HERE because thats the KEY TO THE ECONOMY

That is the LIFEBLOOD OF THE ECONOMY ....
thats what we are keeping our eyes on - thats where the next major move is going to be
Keep your bullcrap meter on..stay focused....stay grounded...listen to whats going on....it will give you some kind of idea
of how they are handling the situation
You will start to see it get better..you will start to see the articles back off...start to hear things getting passed and moving forward
We are seeing little bits and pieces
Parliament was in session today - doing well - trying to move some small things ahead - things they can do -Again they are still having a tough time getting people involved with the political process
Only 200 - 230 in the House showing up out of 320- you have people disconnecting from the process - you have people resigning from Malikis party because they are tired of the BS - they don't want to serve anymore because it is just too hard to go in and do all of this and fight everyday and watch people doing what they are doing..they don't see the progress - its alot of hours to them but they are not seeing the results they need to have -Once that siuation gets mended you will start to see the country move forward
They have everything in place they need to be really be successful
they just need to get the political siuation sorted out
