We are so close to having this done...big things happening and lots lining up
Learned today CBI is doing what the CBI does... taking care of its economy
We learned the finance committee really wants them to stop selling currency because they think that is the way to do it
and the CBI says no we can't stop selling currency...hate to tell you thats how we manage the economy and sell a currency
Now just because we have sold this currency and we've gotten out of control...we are Basil compliant now- we now know who its going to and we have better control over who is buying and selling this currency
we have about 3 times amount of reserves we need in order to manage our economy which could be anywhere from 60- 90 billion in reserves.....huge reserves

Enter the Parliament side
Mr Talibani -  He's Been the Wizard...hes getting everyone together to work together
Pretty amazing....Saw 1st reading on the bill for the new currency which was read 1st today - was not on the agenda
numerous articles on Kurdistan and 140 and everybody putting pressure being put on that and that is an important part of the Budget
whole day for the budget....we learned Erbil is set and ready to go
kinda like a big truck needs to park itself back in Erbil.....pass their budget...get the currency thing passed...and
Wow we are ready to go and share the money with people
all the things we always wanted to see that we have talked about - 3 or 4 things we are getting action on all of them...
That is amazing....take a deep breath....things we wanted to see so this RV can happen
we are seeing action on everyone of them on everything we want to see
I can't tell you when that date in time is but we are moving forward fast on each item...
alot of these things maybe have about 7 days - 10 days worth of  fighting to go over from a Parliamentary standpoint
anytime  in the next 7-10 days any of these things can be voted and passed......we didnt even see one of these things on the agenda
so it is possible they can pass these at any point in time - not put them on the agenda and not announce them to us.
Think about that...we are not going to know everything before it happens but we are seeing alot happening in this arena that we havent seen and these are all things we wanted to see get done before this RV can take place

Man if you have not felt great abut this investment in a while.....and you let people depress you....dont think about the date or the rate just think about the things that are needed to move this thing  forward....and if we had to pick 7 - 8 things and say these are the most important things.......we covered every one of those in articles tonight including the CBI having enough reserves to keep everything going forward

Real positive day on all of this... ...things we wanted to see...we have been leading up to expecting this...we started talking about all the things getting done...Talabani got back.....seeing articles popping up...you have to be very diligent when looking at all of the articles....get alot of propoganda in articles...you get 3 or 4 different sides trying to pull them out....but if you are smart enough theres all bits and pieces of truth in these articles....theres always going to be a bit of the truth and as we start to pick thru to see whats going we are consistently seeing these same bits come up and moving us forward

Iraq truly wants to make itself a major player on the world stage...they need to get it together - government together and get over this crisis.....need to move forward and everything will fall into place that needs to fall in place...period....end of story

We've seen them go to protect their dollar
We've read they have stopped the auctions
Read they are Basil Compliant with the auctions...making sure they know who is buying and selling so they can
cut out countries coming in and taking their reserves...
They keep on talking about the change of the exchange rate and what we have been seeing over the last week and a half is They say something and then they go do it...
This is Huge... Huge... the whole auction thing and everyone seeing that the auction dollars are lower is Huge
because they are limiting the number of people who can be in those auctions and who can have those dollars because they have to declare who they are and where they are going...thats huge!!
Helps them manage and stabilize their economy and helps them manage and keep their currency from being devalued or inflated by other countries coming into to take their wealth from all of that
I have to tell you that is amazing amazing movement on the CBI

Turning our eyes to Parliament and whats going on there...
They have met three or four times in a row..reading bills and moving things along....
Cabinet Ministers meeting
Maliki trying to get along with everybody now and loosening his stance....
saying as long as the constitution says we can do it we are fine with it...he's trying to play by the rules now
Looks he is going to try to do what he wants to do by the rules
which is good ..because as it goes and they get movement on Erbil and they get that power sharing agreement before the National Conference happens where they are going to choose the direction for their country from a political standpoint almost like a big convention....they are getting ready to come together and move forward

Last thing we were waiting to hear about and read about is how are we going to get the wealth to the people
Read about a couple of people from Parliament tells us what they want to do to get the wealth to them
One member tell us there is money in the budget and we have can take it from here and here and we have the money from the border crossings....this is how we can pay to get more money in the hands of the people

All positive steps on everything we said we wanted to have to go forward and it is moving fast......
It is moving at breakneck speed and I believe the next time they meet will be even better
As soon as Parliament gets done with the things they need to get passed...
CBI has the green light to go forward to do what they want to do

It is all good....WOW

Central Bank Iraq seems to be defending itself...seems to have a plan of action....talked about being ready with the new currencies..
talked about the implementation of the deleting the 3 zeroes and adding value to the current currency
remember these are two separate things...deleting the zeros is one part of that and then they need to add value which is increase the rate the dinar trades at to the dollar...thats what the articles are telling us tonight

dont get confused between those two things and start worrying again....
you own the physical currency..whatever happens to the exchange rate you get to take advantage of that from this point forward
no matter what they say about anything
you get to cash in your dollars for that exchange rate
We've heard that again in the articles as we are moving forward

Considering putting something in front of Parliament in the next few days..which I believe is ability to put some of the the financial laws in place to go forward. maybe for the Iraqi stock exchange and financial situations that will go forward ..not that they are needed but it kinda cleans it up and makes the red tape alot easier for that to happen....

Central Bank is Ready....both barrels loaded-  protecting themselves from all the criticism now...No longer hearing them using terminology if or maybe we are doing this....ITS WHEN ..and WE ARE DOING THIS....we are moving forward and we have the power to do this and we dont
think it will hurt the economy - we have it under control.......
Very Different articles now since the beginning of the year...Very very confident with the process.....We've read about the process GOING THRU....dont get caught up in the process - it is going thru Its going to be good....

Parliament
Talabani is in town - Pitying all the fools who were not listening before because now they are all listening ...extreme diplomatic pressure from the United States and other countries and probably from different agencies to help them get their political situation resolved

We've seen movement on the Kuwait front....ready to close the compensation end of this and be quiet about that...they are normalizing relations ...want to build an embassy in Baghdad
Things going very well on Kuwait front....should start seeing that ease and see UN starting backing off ..possibly see lifting of chapt 7 - may come simultaneously with everything or it could happen before..
remember its one step in the process
dont get caught up on what has to happen before anything...everything will flow progressively.
Remember Truly the process I think the most important process when we get to it is the releasing of the smaller denoms
because you have to have value before you do that.
All these other things need to be window dressing and they need to be done before that actually happens and they can all happen simultaneously

We read about the 2nd reading on Oil & Gas Law and the Budget
Political leaders stating 48 hrs to resolve anythings they have going on.

We've Seen movement Erbil - Power sharing

Starting to hear about them wanting to take care of their citizens....starting to getting extra dollars to them in compensation
as well as extra  food to them to get the situation in the streets better...
You will start to see that become the Focus of the Parliament as they move forward - start to take care of their citizens....they want them to be able to take the value thats added and be able to use it to buy things and make their lives more comfortable

They are moving with this....everythings in place
Remember what Shannan said "we need to be patient"....dont just look for one thing to happen......many things can happen simultaneously...
Keep the faith and move forward...dont get caught up on dates and rates
Get caught up on the News going forward...next thing we are looking for
is the ministers to be put up there and see the government say they are fully seated and we have a government...
Once they have a stable government in place.....CBI will feel comfortable with their plan and they will start to move forward with their plan at a much quicker rate once they know that the government is in place

Central: the smuggling of foreign currency is exaggerated

BAGHDAD - Al Sabah
Description of the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq for the appearance of Mohammed are handed down on the smuggling of foreign currency outside the country that carries a high degree of exaggeration and serve political purposes. He admitted in a press statement made by the Agency (NINA) and the presence of counterfeit currency in the market and trading in foreign currency and smuggling, but he said: It's not as high of an exaggeration that is being talked about. He added: »The indicators that we have is that what is significant and of counterfeit currency in the market is the proportion of normal and within normal limits. Which is found in all countries of the world does not have an indication for such an extraordinary rumors about the flow of counterfeit local currency of some countries and the withdrawal of the dollar against which the level of such exaggerated media reports about this matter «. He continued: »be the case, at the same time, makes us vigilant and wary of economic crime, because Iraq and Exhibition targeted by several methods, including economic sabotage». And Mohamed Saleh: «that such things might occur from merchants crises Auszar currency and money laundering who handle crime economic, but this is not the level of organized action of certain countries to Iraq's economy, at least at the present time and what is significant to our numbers and follow-up «.
And the measures undertaken by the central bank to maintain the stability of the local currency compared to the dollar rate, especially in the current situation and the openness of the Iraqi market to neighboring countries and increase the drag on the dollar, he said: «The policy of the central bank and clear in the promotion of the Iraqi dinar compared with other currencies, the control indicators of inflation in the market and liquidity in the financial ratios between the deposit and demand and the purchasing power of the public, and we are looking for price stability for the Iraqi currency and raise the value of an Iraqi dinar with the dollar and seek to restructure the dinar in the market. This policy is made up of Iraq is the highest in its history, reaching $ 60 billion ».. Saying: »that foreign currencies in the Central Bank is a cover of the Iraqi currency and all dinars covered with foreign currency, so there is no fear of the high price of foreign currency because if it was the withdrawal of all foreign currency from the market, the central bank has to cover the market need and without any confusion in the currency regime in Iraq ». He said:» that the withdrawal of dollars from banks is normal, because Iraq is today the biggest market for neighboring countries, especially Syria, Iran and Turkey. And the circumstances of those countries are now of international sanctions made by moving directly to the Iraqi market to conduct economic routinely the case in all the systems which are subject to economic pressures or commercial «. He said: «The Maémna in the subject of withdrawal of the dollar in large quantities is to not be for the purposes of money laundering or trades illicit crime, terrorism or any other ways lead to damage to the economy of internal or external to Iraq. That's why we are keen not to withdraw foreign currency from the central bank only under certain conditions and after complete transactions necessary to prove the course of this money «.
