OOTW: REFERENCE LINK FOR NEXT SECTION
OOTW: wealthwatch.world/showthr...
lonegunman: LOL LOL
sczin11: THE REAL QUESTION IS WHY...WHY DID THIS RELEASE COME OUT TODAY ABOUT THE ONE PROVINCE Diwaniyah ONLY... LOCATED SOUTH OF BAGHDAD, .. NO WHERE ELSE IN COUNTRY GETS THESE NEW BILLS, OR EXCHANGE AUTORIZATION?
MichelleL: test market sczin
MichelleL: try it out, fix the problems, like playing a broadway show in boston first
OOTW: MY ONLY SURMISING IS THAT THIS PROVINCE IS RELATIVELY SAFE AND ISIS FREE
OOTW: BUT..
OOTW: THEY'RE ALSO SAYING "WE DON'T CARE OF THE CABINET SAYS WE'RE NOT ALLOWED TO ENACT PROVINCIAL LAW 21, IT'S IN THE GAZETTE, AND WE WANT TO TALK CONTROL OF OUR OWN DESTINY"
MichelleL: well that sounds pretty good OOTW
sczin11: HOW MANY PROVINCES DOES THAT MAKE NOW
sczin11: WHO WANT TO TAKE DCHAGRE ON THEIR OWN
sczin11: CHARGE
MichelleL: all of them?
OOTW: WELL REMEMBER WE ALSO SAW AN ARTICLE TWO OR THREE WEEKS BACK STATING THAT BABIL WAS GOING TO TAKE CONTROLS OVER THEIR OWN CURRENCY DEALINGS?
MichelleL: they're all waiting for bagdad to get off its duff and push the button
OOTW: AND NOW THIS PAST WEEK WE'VE ALSO SEEN THAT BASRA IS ALSO GOING AHEAD WITH REBUILDING AND TAKING CONTROLS OF THEIR OWN PROGRESS - ALSO BASRA IS GETTING A RESTRUCTURING AND STRONGER ENACTMENT OF THEIR JUDICIAL SYSTEM
OOTW: YES MICHELLE, IN A WAY, THEY'RE FORCING BAGHDAD TO ACT
OOTW: SO THIS IS AN OLDER ARTICLE
OOTW: FROM JULY 1
OOTW: House of Representatives on the line enters the crisis powers of the provinces and the looming legal action against the government Wednesday 01-07-2015 | 4:04:18 [Image: abadi.jpg]H / p r s Twilight News / House of Representatives panel on Wednesday to take legal action against the Council of Ministers on the back of the last application of the decision passed by the previously suspended under which the transfer of eight ministries powers to the provinces to implement the law governorates not organized province No. 21 for the year 2008 average. The Committee of the Regions parliamentary member Salim Saleh to Twilight News, said that "Law 62, passed by the Council of Ministers, he can not stop the application of previously initiated law", adding that "from a legal point can not be said of the decision to stop the proceedings law." Saleh added that "the Committee of the Regions will have a position towards the government's decision applied in the event of 62 on the grounds that the transfer of powers to the provinces included in the law and can not stop the legislation applied only other law and not issue a decision." Under article 45 of Law 21 of 2008 amended the Federal Government to take over the body through the upper Altenseeqh transfer to the provinces and ministries of eight federal powers to local governments cut the time specified. The Cabinet decided to stop the transfer of powers from the ministries to the provinces after issuing a decision 62, who spent the formation of a committee to conduct new amendments to the governorates not organized province administration law. Saturday and threatened to eight provinces of Najaf, Karbala, Babil, Diwaniyah and Wasit, Muthanna, Dhi Qar and Basra to resort to the Federal Court to sue the ministries that had stalled the transfer of powers to the provinces.
EdoBini: Our smart President has today released Iran money . Iraq has no option left now but potential change in value its currency immediately IMO..
OOTW: wealthwatch.world/showthr...
OOTW: EDO - PLEASE EXPAND ON THAT?
sczin11: THE PROBLEM IS THE MONEY COMES FROM THE CBI..THEY CANT TELL THE CBI TO GIVE IT TO THEM WITHOUT EVERYONE GETTING THEIR SHARE..I DONT BELIEVE..SO THERE IS SOMETHING THAT IS MISSING IN THIS PUZZLE AND TRANSLATION, IMHO
OOTW: THANK YOU
OOTW: YES WELL - BECAUSE EACH PROVINCE IS ACTING INDEPENDENTLY - WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE OTHERS NOT AS VISIBLE IN THE NEWS, WHO ARE VENTURING OUT ON THEIR OWN, TO COME FORWARD AND THEY WILL
MichelleL: today i wondered if iran would be placing its weapons of mass destruction in caves in iraq.... just flashing back to drugs I never took
OOTW: SO IN THE LIST ABOVE..WE HAVE BABIL, DIWANIYAH, BASRA, AND DHI QAR - THESE ARE THE PRIMARY GOVERNORATES OF WHICH I'VE SEEN MENTION OF LAUNCHING THEIR OWN ECONOMIES, IN THE NEWS
OOTW: MICHELLE LMAO
MichelleL: not to mention all of Erbil
OOTW: YES
sczin11: ‹@OOTW› YES I BELIEVE WE WILL SEE MAJOR HAPPENINGS WHEN HOR RETURNS NEXT WEEK, AND WE APPROACH TARIFF DEADLINES, LAW OF PROVINCE DEADLINES AND WE ARE FAST APPROACHING FACTA DEADLINE AS WELL..
OOTW: WELL HERE'S THE PROBLEM WITH ERBIL AND THE KURDS ANGST OVER PROVINCIAL LAW 21
OOTW: KURDISTAN IS AN ORGANIZED REGION
OOTW: REGIONS NOT ORGANIZED IN A PROVINCE OR IS IT PROVINCES NOT ORGANIZED IN A REGION? LOL
OOTW: EITHER WAY...KURDISTAN IS AN ORGANIZED REGION
OOTW: SO THE KURDS ARE COMPLAINING THAT THIS LAW SHOULD APPLY TO THEM AS WELL, AND AFFORD THEM THE SAME LIBERTIES UNDER LAW 21 OF 2008
OOTW: WHY DO THEY NEED TO COMPLAIN -
OOTW: WELL - BECAUSE THE LAW HAS AMBIGUITIES IN IT
MichelleL: ya kidding
OOTW: AND RIGHT NOW, THEY KURDS (RIGHTFULLY SO) ARE FLEXING THEIR MUSCLE AGAIN TRYING TO GET THE OIL AND GAS DEAL PASSED SO THEY CAN OFFICIALLY DISTRIBUTE WEALTH
EdoBini: Iraq has to catch up with Iran or there will be mixed up or a big gap in their currency relationship that has been intertwined over the years. IMO.
OOTW: THEY'RE GOING TO DO THEIR BEST TO FALL TO EVERY LAW THEY CAN TO SUPPORT THEM
OOTW: ALSO THEY'RE QUITE UPSET WITH THE FACT THAT THE FEDERAL COURT ACT HASN'T PASSED AND THEY ARE NOT HAPPY THAT MASSUM (PRESIDENT OF IRAQ) HAS TURNED OVER AUTHORITY TO JOBOUR (PRESIDENT OF PARLIAMENT)
OOTW: TO PASS LAWS
OOTW: THE KURDS WANT THE CONSTITUTION TO APPLY REGARDING WHAT CONSTITUTES A MAJORITY
OOTW: THIS IS THEIR RIGHT TO DEMAND THIS, BUT ALSO IT'S A WAY FOR THEM TO LEVERAGE THEIR POSITION
OOTW: AT THIS POINT, I'M HOLDING WITH WHAT MASSUM HAS SAID
OOTW: HE'S GOING TO GIVE JOBOURI THE POWER TO GET THE LAWS PASSED AS HE SEES FIT
OOTW: ANY QUESTIONS SO FAR?
sczin11: ‹@OOTW› DID U SEE TODAY, THERE WAS A RELASE THEY WANT 3/4 NOT 2/3 VOTING REQUIRMENTS
OOTW: THANKS FOR REMINDING ME SCZIN11 - YES I DID SEE IT
EdoBini: l really appreciates highly the news you work so hard to bring here. This is the place to be right now.

sczin11: ‹@EdoBini› ‹@EdoBini› ‹@EdoBini› ‹@EdoBini›
Stash: yes it is......truthful news
MichelleL: who is asking for 3/4 instead of 2/3?
sczin11: ‹@MichelleL› KURDS
MichelleL: thanks Sczin
OOTW: HERE'S AN ARTICLE FROM JANUARY
OOTW: VERY INTERESTING AND PLEASE FORGIVE ME SWITCHING GEARS TO IRAN
OOTW: U.S. to Award Iran $11.9 Billion Through End of Nuke Talks Another $490 million released on Tuesday under deal SHARE TWEET EMAIL Hassan RouhaniHassan Rouhani / AP BY: Adam Kredo January 21, 2015 5:00 am The Obama administration on Wednesday paid $490 million in cash assets to Iran and will have released a total of $11.9 billion to the Islamic Republic by the time nuclear talks are scheduled to end in June, according to figures provided by the State Department. Today’s $490 million release, the third such payment of this amount since Dec. 10, was agreed to by the Obama administration under the parameters of another extension in negotiations over Tehran’s contested nuclear program that was inked in November. Iran will receive a total of $4.9 billion in unfrozen cash assets via 10 separate payments by the United States through June 22, when talks with Iran are scheduled to end with a final agreement aimed at curbing the country’s nuclear work, according to a State Department official. Iran received $4.2 billion in similar payments under the 2013 interim agreement with the United States and was then given another $2.8 billion by the Obama administration last year in a bid to keep Iran committed to the talks through November, when negotiators parted ways without reaching an agreement. Iran will have received a total of $11.9 billion in cash assets by the end of June if current releases continue on pace as scheduled. The release of this money has drawn outrage from some Republican lawmakers who filed legislation last year to prevent the release of cash due to a lack of restrictions on how Iran can spend the money. These cash payments by the United States have been made with no strings attached, prompting concerns that Iran could use the funds to finance its worldwide terror operations, which include the financial backing of Hamas, Hezbollah, and other rogue entities. Senators—including Mark Kirk (R., Ill.), Kelly Ayotte (R., N.H.), and John Cornyn (R., Texas)—sought last year to put a hold on the cash
EdoBini: Yes sir, truthful news. l am the one to thank you for what you guys are doing here.
OOTW: EDOBINI
OOTW: “The Obama administration provided Iran with a financial lifeline through both direct sanctions relief and the de-escalation of sanctions pressure that helped the regime stabilize its economy after a severe sanctions-induced economic crisis in 2012 and 2013,” Dubowitz said. “It is not a surprise that this has increased Iranian negotiating leverage and hardened the supreme leader’s nuclear intransigence.” In addition to decrying the lack of restrictions in place to ensure that Iran does not use the released funds to sponsor terrorism, critics of the sanctions relief protest that Iran is benefitting while the United States receives little in return. Iran has continued to enrich uranium under the interim deal, adding what one critic, Rep. Brad Sherman (D., Calif.) referred to as “about one bomb’s worth” to its reserves. Iran also has continued to make advances on the plutonium track, which provides it with a second path to a nuclear bomb. President Hassan Rouhani of Iran announced last week that the country has begun constructing two new light water nuclear reactors, a move that the U.S. State Department said is permissible under the terms of the interim agreement. - See more at: webcache.googleuserconten...

OOTW: THIS IS THE LAST IMF CONSULTATION ( I COULD FIND) WITH IRAN
OOTW: Statement at the End of an IMF Mission to the Islamic Republic of Iran Press Release No. 15/40 February 9, 2015 End-of-Mission press releases include statements of IMF staff teams that convey preliminary findings after a visit to a country. The views expressed in this statement are those of the IMF staff and do not necessarily represent the views of the IMF’s Executive Board. This mission will not result in a Board discussion. An International Monetary Fund (IMF) team, led by Martin Cerisola, Assistant Director for the Middle East and Central Asia Department, visited Tehran from January 24 to February 5, 2015. The team held discussions with the authorities on recent developments in the Iranian economy, the near-term outlook, and the authorities’ macroeconomic policies and reform agenda. At the conclusion of the mission, Mr. Cerisola made the following statement: “Discussions with the Iranian authorities took place against the background of a marked improvement in macroeconomic conditions over the past year, with a rebound in economic activity and a decline in inflation. However, the sharp drop in global oil prices and an uncertain external environment will bring significant challenges to the outlook. “The authorities recognize these challenges and remain determined to sustain the improvements in macroeconomic conditions. The discussions focused on the policies needed for preserving disinflation gains and for supporting the economy in its adjustment to lower oil prices. For this, the IMF team recommended that fiscal policy should aim at limiting the budget deficit in the next fiscal year to around 2.5 percent of GDP. Monetary policy should continue to aim at keeping inflation expectations anchored, by preemptively targeting liquidity growth at prudent levels. This policy mix would help absorb shocks and provide more room for credit to flow to the economy. Maintaining exchange rate flexibility will also help smooth the transition to an environment with lower oil prices. The discussions also focused on the need for

TxBrand: I hope
OOTW: The discussions also focused on the need for pressing ahead reforms and the authorities’ plans in the banking sector to address nonperforming loans and strengthen the efficiency of financial intermediation. “The IMF team and the authorities agreed that the 2015 Article IV Consultation mission in the Spring will provide an opportunity to deepen the discussions of the policy and reform priorities of the authorities. “The mission met with senior officials of the Central Bank of Iran and Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as a wide range of private sector representatives."

The discussions also focused on the need for
MichelleL: ‹@TxBrand› is he signing up with them?
TxBrand:
TxBrand: I hope
OOTW: The discussions also focused on the need for pressing ahead reforms and the authorities’ plans in the banking sector to address nonperforming loans and strengthen the efficiency of financial intermediation. “The IMF team and the authorities agreed that the 2015 Article IV Consultation mission in the Spring will provide an opportunity to deepen the discussions of the policy and reform priorities of the authorities. “The mission met with senior officials of the Central Bank of Iran and Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as a wide range of private sector representatives."
